My Product is Damaged

  • We apologize that your Luna Lullaby item is damaged. Would you please take a picture of the damaged item and send it to us via support@lunalullaby.com. After we distinguish the issue a replacement will be sent immediately. Thank you for your purchase and your patience in this situation.

My order never arrived:

  • Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check the shipping method used on your order and contact the shipping company to confirm the status of your package(s). If your package(s) show a status of "delivered", please make sure the correct address was entered and contact the shipping company's customer service for assistance.

An item is missing from my shipment:

  • Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

 When will my backorder arrive?

  • Back-ordered items will ship as soon as Luna Lullaby has more in stock. We do NOT charge shipping on back-orders. If you would like to contact us about a back-order please email support@lunalullaby.com with your order number and question.

 When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order 3-4 BUSINESS days after we receive payment from you.

  • Orders received Monday-Friday before midnight (CST) on in-stock items will ship within 3-4 business days. 

  • Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped the next business day. When closed for normal holidays your order ships the following business day. **UPS/FedEx does NOT count weekends in the shipping time.

Do you ship to my country?

  • Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the drop-down menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
